WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
To give every board the time and attention it deserves, we recommend placing your order at least three days in advance. This allows us to source the freshest ingredients and perfect every detail. If you have a specific date in mind or special request, feel free to contact us directly — we’re happy to help.


DO YOU TAKE SAME-DAY ORDERS OR DELIVERIES?
Yes, we do accept same-day orders and deliveries when our schedule allows. A rush fee will apply and can be discussed via email before placing your order. Please reach out to confirm availability — we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.


CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOARD?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Whether you prefer extra fruit, no meat, specific cheeses, or a themed presentation, we’ll personalize your board to fit your occasion. Just include your requests at checkout or send us a message before ordering.


WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A CHEESE & OLIVE BOARD?
Every board is one of a kind, handcrafted with a curated blend of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, dips, and garnishes. Our selections rotate with the seasons to ensure freshness — so while each board is unique, the quality and balance remain the same.


DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF LOS ANGELES?
Yes! While we’re based in Los Angeles, we also offer delivery to surrounding areas. Deliveries outside our usual radius will include an additional delivery fee.


WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when placing your order. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your requests. However, because our products may come in contact with nuts, dairy, and gluten, we cannot guarantee that boards are completely allergen-free.


HOW LONG DOES THE BOARD STAY FRESH?
Our boards are meant to be enjoyed the same day they’re delivered for peak freshness and flavor. If you’re serving later, keep the board refrigerated and consume within a few hours of removing it from the fridge.


CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Currently, we offer local delivery only to ensure your board arrives in perfect condition. Each order is carefully handled so that every detail remains beautifully intact.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If your plans change, please email us as soon as possible. Orders canceled three or more days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as ingredients are purchased and boards are already in preparation.
